If you find our cleaning team has missed something or if your not satisfied with the services you’ve received, please contact us within 24 hours of our scheduled appointment. We’ve return to your home or office within two business days to correct the problem. Unfortunately we’re not able to issue a refund after services have been completed. - Do you require long-term contracts?
- Absolutely not. While some clients prefer the continuity of annual contracts, others would rather pay as they go. Please contact us to devise a service plan that’s right for you.
- I’m extremely busy. Will I need to be home when you arrive?
- Depending on your comfort level, our team is happy to work in your presence, while you’re at work or running errands. In fact, we have arrangements with most of our clients to clean while they’re away. Contact one of our friendly customer service representatives to learn more about our standard entrance and security procedures.
- Should I prepare the house for cleaning?
- Each member of our cleaning staff is experienced and skilled in cleaning and sanitizing. We want to make our visit as efficient as possible while ensuring a fresh, spotless environment. Before we visit your home, please let us know if you have security alarms or household pets. Are there trouble areas that you’d like us to pay extra attention to? We’ll make an extra effort to accommodate your special requests. After all, more than 500 home owners can’t be wrong.
- Can I trust your employees?
Each Uniquely Clean employee is carefully screened and interviewed prior to hire. We conduct full background and criminal checks to make sure all new hires are reliable, dependable and trustworthy. Plus, we have an exceptional retention rate. So your personal assets and belongings are always in good hands.
- What if something breaks?
- We always handle your breakables and belongings with the utmost care and consideration. We also carry professional liability insurance to safeguard our clients in the unlikely event of property damage. - Should I clean-up before you clean?
- Our cleaning service is all-encompassing. We won’t clean around your dirty dishes and scattered laundry. Instead, we’ll pick-up and organize the clutter first. Because our services are timed, some of our clients pick-up the mess of clothes, magazines and toys before we arrive. Ten minutes of pick-up equals ten minutes less of scrubbing and sanitizing. If you’d like to reserve an extended appointment during especially frazzled weeks, please call us to discuss. We’ll be happy to adjust your appointment as needed.
- Do I supply the cleaning products, a vacuum or other equipment?
- As a professional company, Uniquely Clean will bring all products and equipment to your home or office. This is expected and included in your service fee.
- How are payments handled?
- We make it so easy for our residential clients to pay for services in advance. Uniquely Clean honors online credit and debit card, personal check or money order payments at the time of appointment scheduling. Our business and commercial clients typically pay at the month’s end, with terms agreed upon in their contract or net 30. Please note that we do assess a $35 processing fee for all returned checks.
